Material Extraction Platform

The material removal platform creates a temporary cantilever on the facade of the building on the construction site and allows the materials to be transported from the cantilever to different areas by crane. It saves labour and cost during mould circulation and material transport. Formwork materials, formwork scaffolding and pre-installed table scaffolding table transport trolleys can be brought on the table formwork console and lifted by crane and placed in the upper level. This eliminates the need to use a table lifting fork.

SYSTEM FEATURES

The system is transferred to the upper floors with the help of a crane.
The system is manufactured from TS EN 10219-1 certified pipes and profiles subjected to mechanical tests.
Production is carried out according to EN ISO 3834-3 welding standards.
Static calculations are available for installations.
The system is double coated.
According to different projects, the solution is made by GÜRBÜZ SCAFFOLDING.
